Do I need to be at home during the clean?
It's up to you. Once we can get access and you've told us what needs doing, plenty of customers head out and let us get on with it. If you'd rather be around, especially the first time, that's no problem — just let us know when you book.
What's included in a visit, and what might cost extra?
A standard visit covers cleaning whatever you've booked in for. Things like stairs, heavily soiled carpets or furniture that needs moving can add time and may affect the price — mention these when you request your quote so the figure reflects the actual job. How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?

What happens if a stain or mark doesn't fully come out?
We'll always be upfront with you. Some stains, particularly old or set-in ones, don't lift completely, and we'd rather tell you that honestly before we start than promise a result we can't stand over. See our stain removal page for more on what affects the outcome.
